homemade broccoli & cauliflower soup

- 3 heads broccoli - 1 head cauliflower - 1 onion - 6 garlic gloves - 6 Tbsp unsalted butter - 1 large carrot - 3 Tbsp flour - 6 cups chicken broth - 1 cup heavy cream

Cut up the vegetables and onions and garlic, sautéed in butter until soft, season with salt and pepper, add in flour and stir, add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes, blend and then add cream. Add cheese on top or mixed in and some bacon if you desire! Enjoy 🥦🥓🧀🧅
