Join us for a FULL MOON evening of yoga, sound bath & fitness. Sunday September 7th at 5:45 P.M. at the beautiful Solar Studios in Glendale, CA. Our sessions will offer a retreat style atmosphere that is clean and safe. Come enjoy a moment for yourself or with friends. Get the mental focus, relaxation, core strengthening and glute activation you desire! We ALL desire! Females and males welcomed. All ages, body types and levels. Bring a yoga mat if you have (we will have a limited supply of mats), a hand towel and positive energy. Light refreshments and water will be included. Hope to see you there!
