Cheesy Hatch Green Chile Dip πΆοΈπ§
ingredients:
- 1 cup diced roasted Hatch green chiles (fresh or canned) πΆοΈ
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar, or pepper jack) π§
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened π§
- Β½ cup sour cream πΆ
- Β½ teaspoon garlic powder π§
- Β½ teaspoon onion powder π§
- Salt and pepper to taste π§
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) π«
- Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional) πΏ
instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F π₯.
2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth π₯£.
3. Fold in shredded cheese, diced green chiles, garlic powder, and onion powder πΆοΈπ§.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil if using π§π«.
5. Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish π§.
6. Bake until bubbly and golden brown on top π₯.
7. Let cool slightly, then garnish with green onions or cilantro πΏ.

Cranberry Orange Pecan Crisp πππ°
ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 cup light brown sugar (lightly packed) π¬
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter π§
- 2 (12 ounce) bags fresh cranberries π΄
- 1 cup chopped pecans π°
- Zest from 2 oranges + juice from 1 orange π
- 1 cup granulated sugar π¬
- Β½ teaspoon salt π§
- Β½ teaspoon nutmeg π«
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon π
- ΒΌ cup butter π§
instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F π₯.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and brown sugar π₯£.
3. Add 1 cup of butter and mix on low speed until crumbly π§.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon π₯£.
5. Rinse cranberries and add them to a large bowl with pecans, orange zest, and orange juice π.
6. Stir in the sugar mixture until cranberries and pecans are well coated π―.
7. Pour fruit mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish π½οΈ.
8. Slice the remaining ΒΌ cup of butter and place it randomly on top of the fruit mixture π§.
9. Add the flour mixture on top of the fruit and spread evenly πΎ.
10. Bake uncovered at 400Β°F for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown π.
