As a busy mom and Registered Nurse, my journey has had challenges and bumps along the way. Balancing work, parenting, and personal growth can be overwhelming. But I'm determined to thrive, not just survive!

Over the past 15 years, I have had to learn to balance being a mom with grad school and busy nursing shift schedules. Here are 5 tips that have helped me achieve a better work-life balance:
