Full Moon Ritual Prompts:
• Move with intention: Practice gentle yoga or moon salutations to release stagnant energy in the body.
• Breathe and reflect: Sit quietly and ask yourself — What am I ready to let go of?
• Write it down: Journal or write the habits, fears, or emotions you wish to release.
• Release ritual: Safely burn or tear the paper as a symbolic act of letting go.
• Moonlight pause: Step outside, take a few breaths under the moon, and feel the spaciousness within.
Let this full moon remind you that just as the moon cycles through phases, we too are constantly evolving.
