Started with swapping the old Doorking for a Doorbird in the existing housing. Clean and modern - but it didn’t quite cut it.

So we took it further:
Full UniFi Access G3 Intercom transplant with some serious reconstructive surgery on the brick column. That included rerouting all the relays and sensors from the column over to the new hub location.

Clean install.
Butter-smooth performance.
Full UniFi ecosystem integration.
