It's here. The SECRET to staying organized! Are you ready?! ...
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Give every item a home
2. Put the item back after you use it
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I know, I know. There's a lot more that goes into it. But if we're really trying to get to the bottom of how to stay organized long-term, it comes down to this: all of your items having a clear and specific home AND making the conscious action of putting the items back where they belong after they're used.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
One of the issues many people face is the accumulation of random things around the house. There's stuff on counters, there's catch all drawers. I know, it happens. There's also an influx of new items that come into a home. It can get real wild, real quickly, I know.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But if I can help ease your mind a bit, its with this. Don't overcomplicate things and always start small: one drawer, one shelf. And if you need a quick win -- put on a fun song and do some "turbo organizing" and put as much as you can away in it's rightful place. And if you add in a little dance at random moments, it will make it more fun by 76.5%. 😉

And if you need some help with Step 1 -- I.AM.THERE. You just let me know when! 😊
