Santa Monica Gateway - SHIFT

The project is located at the intersection of Stewart Street and Colorado Avenue. It is a gateway between a new creative office district and residential neighborhoods. The building consists of a four-story, LEED certified (silver), concrete, glass and metal structure. There is 140,000 square feet of class “A” office/creative space. Design intent is to create a modern and elegant composition that aligns with Santa Monica’s masterplan vision for the area. This is achieved by providing a unique architectural expression that adds to the diverse character of the neighborhood. Tenants include GOOP, owned by actress Gwyneth Paltrow and FIGS, a healthcare clothing company that creates innovative, comfortable and supremely functional apparel for modern medical professionals.
