The engine in a Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe or Cabriolet Reimagined by Singer is a naturally aspirated, 4.0L flat six.
Developed by Singer with engineering from Cosworth, it features 4 valves per cylinder, air-cooled cylinders, water-cooled cylinder heads, variable valve timing for enhanced drivability, and an electrically powered fan, angled to optimize distribution of air across the cylinders.

A little while back we sent to Cosworth to take a look behind the scenes at the engine development programme for the 4.0L flat six that will power the Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe and Cabriolet Reimagined by Singer.
Developed in partnership with the famous engineering firm, the naturally aspirated evolution of the Type 964’s engine features 4 valves per cylinder, air-cooled cylinders, water-cooled cylinder heads, variable valve timing for enhanced drivability, and an electrically powered fan, angled to optimized distribution of air across the cylinders.

Interior details from the Sunflower commission.
Inside, electrically adjustable sports seats are trimmed in Chocolate, with woven leather inserts combining Chocolate, Monarch Red, Ochre and Olive Green.
The cabin features walnut accents, satin bronze trim, and lower interior surfaces trimmed in square weave carpet.
Floating gauges have been specified, with a special sun motif in the boost gauge.
This owner’s car has been restored through our Classic Turbo services, inspired by the iconic 930 Turbo of the mid-1970s.
A 3.8L, twin-turbocharged flat six is combined with a manual six speed transmission for high-speed, luxury grand touring performance.
This car is presented in New Indy Yellow, with wheel centres in Evergreen Terrace.
