Healthy Sweet Potato Brownie 😋
Ingredients:
▶️ 120 g mashed sweet potato (½ cup)
▶️ 80 g Greek yogurt (⅓ cup)
▶️ 1 egg
▶️ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
▶️ 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
▶️ 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
▶️ 1 tbsp almond flour (optional)
▶️ ½ tsp baking powder (optional)
▶️ 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation:
Mash sweet potato until completely smooth
Add yogurt, egg, cocoa powder and sweetener
Mix until thick chocolate batter forms
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour into a small lined mold
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes
Let cool to get a fudgy texture

3-Ingredient Cloud Bread 😋
Ingredients ▶️
200 ml egg whites (≈ ¾ cup)
20 g cornstarch (≈ 2 tbsp)
20 g honey or sweetener (≈ 1 tbsp)
20 g chocolate chips (≈ 2 tbsp, optional)
Preparation ▶️
Whip egg whites, cornstarch and honey until thick and airy
Transfer onto parchment and shape loosely with a spatula
Add chocolate chips on top
Bake at 150°C / 300°F for 25–30 minutes
Let cool slightly, then break open

Chia Strawberry Cake🍓

Recipe 😋
You’ll need:
▶️ 3¾ cups milk (900 ml)
▶️ ½ cup + 2 tbsp chia seeds (90–100 g)
▶️ 2 packets gelatin powder (14–16 g)
▶️ 1–2 tbsp honey
▶️ 250 g fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions:
1. Pour the milk into a large bowl and whisk in the chia seeds.
2. Stir in the honey.
3. Prepare the gelatin following the package instructions, then add it to the bowl.
4. Mix everything very well until smooth.
5. Leave it for 5 minutes and whisk once more.
6. Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined cake mold.
7. Add the strawberry slices and gently fold them in.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
9. Slice and enjoy cold.
Makes 8 servings.

Ingredients ▶️
• 2 ripe bananas (≈200 g)
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup peanut butter (80 g)
• 1 tsp baking powder (5 g)
• 1/3 cup chocolate chips (50 g, optional)
Preparation ▶️
Mash bananas, add eggs, peanut butter & baking powder. Mix into a thick batter. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into muffin liners (3/4 full). Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 18–22 minutes.

Calories: ~140
Protein: ~6 g
Carbs: ~12 g
Fat: ~7 g

Healthy Blueberry Ice Cream 🍦💜
Ingredients:
▶️ 1 cup (150g) frozen blueberries
▶️ 1/2 cup (120g) Greek yogurt
▶️ 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
▶️ 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
▶️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▶️ 2 tbsp (30g) cream cheese
▶️ Pinch of salt
Preparation:
1. Add blueberries, yogurt, honey, milk, vanilla, cream cheese, and salt to a blender
2. Blend until thick, smooth, and creamy (not liquid)
3. Pour into a shallow glass container
4. Freeze for 2–3 hours
5. Let sit 5 minutes, then scoop and serve
Nutrition (per serving – 2 servings):

✅ Carbs: 22g
✅ Fat: 5g
