Fun fact: I am still really grateful that this show embraced my creativity and let me help out with fun, spontaneous projects like this one even thought they took up a few minutes of actual shooting time. I appreciate how the director gave me some advice on how to edit the real birthday video because it was challenging to edit.

For a good time, call 1-800-LUC-IFER. Funny how I found this phone booth that says “talk to satan” and I worked on for 3 seasons with the devil himself. This is the coolest phone booth that I’ve seen in a long time and I found it at a store called . Fun fact: We had a lot of actresses on the show wear shoes from here. in fact, I there were some awesome platform shoes for the rave episode.
They had a whole power puff girl section.

This is how creative artists use basketball courts. 🏀📸 If you want photos different than other people, my tip is to go the extra mile. Lighting is an important element, so get up before sunrise! Would you get up that early for a photo? Tell me the truth!
How I got the shot:
While on my wonderful honeymoon with , I woke up around 5am and walked around the for a few hours to see the sunrise in different places. Most people do not do that, but if you travel anywhere, try to pick one morning to enjoy the sunrise before anyone else is up. You literally get to watch the world change before your very eyes! It makes you feel alive!
I always travel with a tripod, but for this photo, I used my One X2 camera and put it on the 12ft extended selfie stick. I set it to photo mode, pressed the timer button, ran to my spot and laid down on the court. I did that 4 times, but I could have used the Insta360 app on my Apple Watch to use the timer. I edited the photo later on in that app as well. When you see the photo, the selfie stick automatically disappears, BUT the base is still in the photo. I used an app called Facetune to clone out and erase the tripod base and make it look like the blue basketball court.
In the photo, I have my go-to camera equipment laying next to me: my insta360 One R camera on a small selfie stick, my Canon EOS R camera for shooting stock and print quality images and my DJI Osmo 3 gimbal, which is used for stabilizing my cellphone when shooting videos. I carry different stuff with me every day. What do you carry with you?

When you wish upon a star, maybe life will take you back to somewhere special….like to my honeymoon at the with ❤️ This is a photo of one of the infinity pools reflecting the night sky. I might not be there right now, but our memories will last a lifetime.
