PEACE / Physical Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise would love for you to join us on our June “Walk With Me” day on June 20, 2026 from 830 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. Meet us at Rueben Ingold walking park located in Windsor Hills/View Park 4400 W. Mount Vernon Dr., Los Angeles, Ca 90043.

Get up, get out, and get moving with us on a beautiful Saturday morning. The satisfaction and the feeling of accomplishment you will have afterwards, not to mention the health benefits, will keep you coming back every month.

PEACE / PHYSICAL Empowerment Achieved through Consistent Exercise held our March “Walk With Me” day this morning at Reuben Ingold Park in WindsorHills/View Park.

We had a great time getting our physical activity in. We did what was absolutely necessary to sustain our physical and mental health. Great company, awesome weather, and an excellent location made for a great walk.

Make the decision to make your physical and mental health a priority. Being consistent in exercise could add years to your life. The benefits of physical activity are worth every moment invested.
