🏊‍♂️ Big Wins at TriDot Pool School in Chicago! 🏊‍♀️

Exciting news from our recent TriDot Pool School in Chicago! Despite some initial doubts, our swimmers showed remarkable progress, with an impressive 13.9% average improvement per 100 yards. Huge kudos to both athletes and coaches for their hard work!

A special shoutout to our fantastic coaches for their support and guidance, and to our dedicated participants who put in six weeks of solid dry land training. Your efforts have truly paid off!

Beyond the pool, the weekend was about learning, making new friends, and building a strong sense of community. Let's keep riding this wave of success together!

🏊 Coach tip: Stay relaxed while swimming!

"Keeping your goggles free of fog will help you stay relaxed. Pour water in your goggles before you swim using the same water you pour down your wetsuit. The more relaxed and comfortable you are, the faster you are going to swim. Being tense wastes energy and decreases your range of motion.

Bonus tip: When you push off the wall, don't breathe on your first stroke. It will take your body out of position and immediately slow you down. This is the best way to maintain your momentum. Push off the wall and take a few strokes before breathing."

Pushing off the wall without breathing is TOUGH! You may go hypoxic, so it takes practice.
