Uh oh, new class alert! Coach Mariana's Sword & Buckler class goes on at 9PM on Tuesdays after Thibault! That means that if you come in for one, the other is included in your allotted days based on your membership level. There's no reason not to do more swords per day!

We have a new coach! Coach Reed started his historical combat career in SCA heavies and after decades of experience joined a club to study rapier. He now applies his HEMA rapier experience back to the SCA to great success in tournaments. Reed has been with MHFA from its start and will now be applying his interest for unconventional off-hand weapons to our new Friday class which will include sword with cape, rotella, lantern and more!

Greetings from sunny Atlanta! MHFA had an amazing showing and an excellent time at SERFO, where Morgan picked up bronze in URG Longsword, Coach Connor took gold in First Blood Rapier and Dagger, and Coach Collin grabbed 4th in Conventional Rapier. We had a total of 12 members compete at the event, and 2 more along to volunteer and cheer us on. We're proud of all our fencers' performances in all their triumphs and troubles.
