Another custom California-style fence completed by Lodi Home Repair & Maintenance! 🔨

This project included a massive 13-foot double swinging gate built for both functionality and curb appeal. To make room for the oversized gates, we removed existing bushes, completed the site preparation, and constructed a durable custom fence designed to last.

Another clean transformation in the books 🙌

Just finished painting the eaves, gutters, and fascia boards in a crisp semi-gloss white, and it came out 🔥. Not only does it give the home a fresh, sharp look, but it also adds real protection where it matters most.

Wood fascia boards are constantly exposed to sun, rain, and moisture. Without proper paint, they can start to rot, warp, and lead to bigger (and more expensive) issues down the line. A quality paint job acts as a seal, helping prevent water damage and extending the life of the wood.

We went with a white semi-gloss for a reason:
