In observance of Good Friday, our office will be closed on Friday, April 3rd, 2026.

The last day to make changes to a mailing scheduled for Friday, April 3rd is Wednesday, April 1st, before 4:30 pm Central Time.

Any changes requested after this cutoff will be processed once our office reopens on Monday, April 6th.

Due to the winter storm and anticipated continued hazardous conditions in Livingston, TX, our office will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026.

We will continue to monitor conditions and will provide an update if there are any further changes to our operating schedule.

In the meantime, you may use the Mail Service mobile app or email [email protected] to submit requests or make changes to your account. All requests will be addressed in the order received once our Member Services team is able to safely return to the office.

🎄 Christmas Holiday:

- In observance of the Christmas Holiday, the office will be closed Wednesday, December 24th and Thursday, December 25th, 2025.
- Mail scheduled for December 24th and 25th will be sent out on Tuesday, December 23rd.
- The last day to make changes to a mailing scheduled for December 24th or 25th is Monday, December 22nd before 4:30pm Central Time.
- Any changes requested after this cutoff will be processed once our office reopens on Friday, December 26th.

🎆 New Year’s:

- Our office will be closed Thursday, January 1st for New Year’s.
Mail scheduled for January 1st will be sent out on Wednesday, December 31st.
- The last day to make changes to a mailing scheduled for January 1st is Tuesday, December 30th before 4:30pm Central Time.
- Any changes requested after this cutoff will be processed once our office reopens on Friday, January 2nd.
