After many years at our current location, the Park County MSU Extension and W**d Department offices are moving to a new location, 222 S. B St. (Old NW Energy building, or older grocery store building)

We are going to be in the new location by the end of June. Some disruption to our office hours may happen during the switch.

AARP is hosting a free webinar titled What Every Family Should Know About Dementia on June 17th at 10:00 am. This session will provide practical insights on dementia. Dr. Ghomi, a neuropsychiatrist who has diagnosed thousands of dementia patients, will share the insights of families most often wish they had known earlier. Topics include commonly overlooked warning signs, reversible conditions that should be ruled out, when to advocate for a full diagnostic workup, and what effective dementia care looks like in 2026. His guidance is clear, practical, and grounded in real questions families face every day.

Attention Everyone! This year we are opening up our fantastic Park County 4-H summer camp to the public! Campers must be residents of Park County and ages 8-13 (as of 10/1/25). Cost is $170, covering meals, cabin, and other great activities. Come have fun with us in a few weeks, we'd love to have you!
