We are looking to find a foreman that can run the day to day and direct crews throughout the season. This person must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license.
We are looking for a candidate that can lead people and make day to day decisions on their own.
Need to have the ability to communicate calmly and patiently.
Must be comfortable being able to drive large trucks and trailers.
Requirements
Managing a crew of 3-4 people.
Operating a crew and conducting lawncare work.
Monitoring quality of work and workers.
Must be able to check into app on phone every property and communicate any problems or issues calmly and timely.
Must be able to get to work on time.
Work 8-10 hours a day.
Must be friendly person and be able to talk with customers when needed.
2+ years experience.
2+ years of leading a crew or a group in some capacity.

We are looking to hire a couple more lawn technicians to our mowing crew to help with our growth. We service commercial and HOA properties. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that can get along with others. This person must be hard working and willing to execute the job at hand. The job includes mowing, w**d whacking, edging blowing, w**d pulling hedge trimming and property cleanups in the spring and fall. The crews travel to 3-5 locations a day. The applicant MUST have a drivers license and a good driving record, no DUI's. This will be checked with our insurance provider before hiring. We meet at 7:30am Monday-Friday. The crews usually work 8-9 hour days. This person must be reliable and able to be on their feet all day. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We can train the candidate in all that they need to know. Snow removal positions also available.

Irrigation stop and waste backflow repair is needed sometimes. We have certified irrigation technicians to make all necessary repairs. Property managers, we would love to give you a bid for all your lawn care needs!

Just kidding - we have some pretty cool equipment! This does appear to be rather fuel-efficient though. 😄👍 Property managers - please let us give you a bid!
