Two snapped springs in Hot Springs Village this morning 😅 Both torsion springs let go at once — when that happens the door’s completely stuck, and you really don’t want to force it.

Got out same-day, replaced both springs, and went ahead and swapped several other damaged parts we ran into while we were there. The humidity out here in the Village is brutal on garage door hardware — figured we’d knock it all out now and save this homeowner a second visit down the road.
