Completed the party favor bags for my client.

After a long & grueling deliberation, I’ve decided to change the name of my page to Which Craft. I make so many different things, and I love doing them all. Although I love the name, “Reap What You Sew”, I just didn’t feel it was representing everything I do.

“Which Craft” will I be doing today????

Working on graduation party favor bags for a client. It is turning out really beautiful!!

Before I go out on the road, I am hoping to engage some of you following me. I’m not really sure what I want to do with this page.

My main question is: what do you want to see from this page. Would you like tutorials, or would you like to see things available for purchase????

I sewed this purse charm to match the purse I created last night. This also can be used on your hair to rep your favorite team. I love it!

Been home for almost a week. It’s been nothing but ripping & running, doing this & doing that! So, today, I sat myself down to work on a project. I’m no sports fan but, wanted to try it on this little project.

Since it’s my first time, there are lessons to be learned from this project. First, when using multicolor fabric, use clear thread. The instructions on this project has you going over the first stitch which, creates a mess when using thread that is visible. Second, fusible interface is your friend. Use it often. Third, cutting a square into a circle is not as easy as it looks. I need more practice. Finally, when using printed fabric, always make sure it’s right side up. Other than that, I think I did ok. I definitely need a more industrial sewing machine.
