If the carrier's number and what the repairs actually cost don't match, that's worth a conversation before you sign anything.
Scopes get written fast. Line items get missed. Materials get listed at the wrong quantities. Work clearly required by the damage doesn't make it into the estimate.
But once you accept the settlement, the conversation is largely over.
Before that happens, it costs nothing to have a licensed public adjuster review the file.
If you have an offer in hand, send it over before you sign.

The carrier has a process. Most policyholders don't.
When a claim opens, the carrier's side starts moving. An adjuster is assigned. A scope gets written. Coverage positions get established. Communications get logged.
That process is organized, documented, and built around the carrier's interests — not yours.
You are allowed to have representation on your side of that process. A licensed public adjuster who reviews the policy, documents the damage independently, manages communications on your behalf, and makes sure your file is built with the same seriousness as theirs.
Most people don't know that's an option until the claim is already complicated.
If you have an open claim or you're about to file one, reach out.
No obligation. No pressure. Complimentary.

The carrier has representation. You should too.
Every property claim becomes a file. The carrier’s side starts building theirs on day one.
We build yours.
Hours on site. Every elevation, cavity, and assembly documented. We handle the deadlines and paperwork the policy requires — so nothing gets missed and nothing gets used against you later.
If you’re walking into a significant loss, the time to get representation in place is now.
