Sit with this before you answer.
What version of "holding it together" are you currently maintaining that nobody around you knows is costing you?
Not the obvious stuff. The quiet stuff. The thing you've gotten really good at hiding because it's easier than explaining it to someone who won't understand anyway.
You don't have to share it here. But name it somewhere. Out loud, in a note on your phone, in a DM to me. Somewhere outside your own head.
Because the things we never name have a way of getting louder.

Your body has been trying to get your attention for a while now.
Not dramatically. Just quietly, persistently. The same signal, over and over, in the same spot.
