This project started as a covered deck that felt disconnected from the rest of the home.

We converted the space into a more enclosed patio designed to feel intentional, comfortable, and cohesive with the existing structure. The goal was to create a space that no longer felt like an add-on, but instead looked and functioned as a natural extension of the home.

By tying into the existing roofline, brick, and overall architectural details, this new patio blends seamlessly while also leaving the door open for future upgrades into a three-season room.

A simple change that made a big difference in how this part of the home is used and enjoyed.

Built-in medicine cabinets provide storage without taking up valuable space.

Because they’re recessed into the wall, they require planning ahead during layout and installation. When that planning is done right, the finished result looks clean, functional, and seamless.

A finished basement bathroom doesn’t have to be complicated to work well.

We used a budget-friendly fiberglass shower and paired it with custom-built open shelving to add much-needed storage and a warm accent. Thoughtful choices like this help keep projects efficient without sacrificing function or aesthetics.
