Who's with me on the plank challenge, with a 3-minute plank as the goal, and possibly longer. Work up to it starting today. For the next six weeks, observe what you can achieve and how long you can hold the plank if you practice every day. I will start by holding a 3-minute plank every night before bed and work up to longer durations.
