Today, we connected a veteran to resources from a referral received from Goodwill Industries of Northwest NC. In the morning, when our friend leaves for day two of his full-time job, a retired volunteer veteran will pick him up. This is a community doing the most good to meet the needs of their neighbors. Hope and healing are available for all when we work together instead of in silos. Let's continue to break down barriers to accessing care!
