Friday pizza night! No dairy? No problem!

If you’re avoiding dairy, you HAVE to try almond ricotta. It so yummy and so easy to make in a food processor.

This pizza is inspired by one we had at True Food Kitchen. It’s topped with garlic sauce, sautéed mushrooms, onions and kale and almond ricotta. It’s delish!! 💛

Almond Ricotta

2 c slivered almonds
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/2 c water
1/4 c almond milk

Blend it all up in a food processor until fluffy, pausing to scrape down the sides every once in a while. You can add extra water as needed if it becomes too difficult to blend, 1 tablespoon at a time. Enjoy!

How pretty is this? 😍

According to webmd, dragonfruit can strengthen your immune system! It’s high in vitamin c and other antioxidants and high in fiber. The prebiotics in dragonfruit feed the good probiotics in your gut. Win!🙌
