Booth 1 is the original, my very first.

She’s settled into her new corner space and doing what she’s always done best—bringing together pieces that feel collected over time.

A picnic basket ready for an afternoon outing. A croquet set waiting for a summer lawn. Blue & white treasures gathered one piece at a time. Garden birds, cottage florals, pressed botanicals, vintage glass, and the little details that make a house feel like home.

She sets the stage for her little sisters, but she still manages to surprise me with something fun every time I walk through.

Summer nostalgia comes in all forms. Sometimes it’s croquet. Sometimes it’s a gum wrapper bowl. (IYKYK! 😂)

Below is the one to vote on! Head over to The Olde Marketplace and vote for this gorgeous booth! If I could, I’d buy everything in this display 💚. Appreciate your help!

When I found these vintage metal hampers at that special estate sale, I knew they could be more than just laundry storage.

Poolside side table.
Hidden drink cooler.
Towel storage.

The vented metal design actually makes them perfect for summer use. Add a little weather protection, fill them with ice, and the drainage holes do the rest. They would be equally charming on a screened porch, covered deck, sunroom, laundry room, closet, at the end of a hall, or bathroom!

Of course, they still make wonderful hampers too.

My favorite part of vintage decorating is finding pieces that are both beautiful and useful. These floral hampers have already survived decades, and they’re still finding new jobs.

Which use would you choose?

FREE is one of my favorite words.

When I saw this antique cash register listed for free, I claimed it immediately. I already have that vintage cash register from my Jacksonville vacay trip, so I figured this one would be heavy… but manageable.

I was wrong.

When I pulled up, it was sitting on a pallet behind an office building and was absolutely enormous. I couldn’t move it. Couldn’t slide it. Couldn’t even budge it.

My brilliant plan was to take it apart on-site. That worked for about 15 minutes until I discovered a few bolts I couldn’t reach. A quick trip next door to borrow a screwdriver turned into two incredibly kind guys volunteering to help load it into my SUV.

Even they struggled.

We finally got it loaded, got it home, and then discovered a new problem:

How exactly do you get a several-hundred-pound antique cash register back OUT of a small SUV?

Stay tuned for Part 2. That’s where the real adventure begins!

Have you ever brought home something and immediately wondered what you were thinking?

Did anyone else have a bubble umbrella when they were little?

I was obsessed with mine. It felt like being in your own little world while you watched the raindrops slide down the sides.🤍

These two vintage children’s bubble umbrellas are now available in my booth, and they’re both in wonderful condition. With all the rain we’ve been having lately, I can’t think of a sweeter way to brighten a rainy day.

Come visit us at and see what you can find to brighten your day!
