Now here’s what we found when she started walking…
👉 One foot stayed strong when it hit the ground
👉 But as she pushed off… it started to collapse
That might not seem like a big deal—but it is.
Because every step you take:
* Your foot is supposed to support you
* Your knee is supposed to track properly
* Your body is supposed to move efficiently
But when that foot loses support:
👉 The knee starts to fall inward
👉 The arch starts to collapse
👉 The lower back starts taking extra stress
And over time…
That’s where the pain shows up.

This isn’t about doing more exercises.
👉 It’s about giving your body the support it’s missing
