A golf tournament might look like a fundraiser on the surface.

But days like this are really about investing in the long-term development of young leaders.

Last week at Château Élan, supporters, partners, and friends gathered for the Just Right For Now Golf Fundraiser to help make possible the international trips and leadership experiences that shape student-athletes beyond the game.

Through our partnership with Just Right For Now, True Change provides the coaching, curriculum, and leadership development that surround the experience before, during, and after these trips. The goal is not just exposure through travel. It is helping young men and women grow in clarity, character, communication, and faith.

Moments like that remind everyone why this work matters.

Grateful for the community that continues to show up, invest, and believe in the next generation.

This past Saturday, we facilitated a workshop in partnership with Talents of Our Generation to support young men navigating life after reentry.

TOG has invested in the TRUE Change Coaching Blueprint to strengthen its internal coaching infrastructure. Through this partnership, we are training and onboarding a coach from within their organization to deliver structured one-on-one coaching and facilitated workshops that support the reentry process over time.

This is not about adding another program. It is about building consistent coaching capacity from within.

Let me be real - We got sick of seeing organizations asking mentors, peer leaders, and teen coordinators to carry the weight of life-changing conversations without giving them the tools, structure, or support to do it well.

So we built something to change that.

This month, we’re launching a new TRUE Change Coaching Blueprint cohort. A hands-on training experience that equips one person in your organization to:

✅ Lead one-on-one conversations with structure and care
✅ Build trust with students while maintaining healthy boundaries
✅ Use TRUE Change frameworks that are proven and practical
✅ Access student-facing tools that reinforce long-term growth

It’s designed for nonprofits, after-school programs, and community organizations that are ready to invest in the people behind the scenes. The ones who guide students through real moments, not just programming.

Programs don’t change people. People do.

Each enrollment includes:
- One sponsored coach, peer leader, or facilitator
- Student access for up to 5 youth on our portal
- Monthly development calls
- Use of TRUE Change coaching tools and curriculum (after training)

This is for organizations done with winging it and ready to build something sustainable.
