Nina Norshie, the 5’9” forward from Ghana, is blazing a trail in women’s soccer with her incredible talent and achievements. In 2024, Norshie made an instant impact for her team, recording her first assist in a rivalry win against Florida and adding another during an 8-0 rout of Samford in the NCAA tournament opener. She debuted in the NCAA with a strong performance against Rice, proving she belongs on the big stage.

Internationally, Norshie’s rise has been meteoric. A former member of Ghana’s U17 and U20 teams, she earned a spot on the senior national team in 2021, debuting in a friendly against South Africa.

Her youth career was nothing short of remarkable—Norshie dominated at Barton Community College, scoring an astonishing 65 goals in 42 games with 15 assists, including 11 hat tricks and 15 game-winning goals. A seven-goal performance against Trinity Valley Community College highlighted her scoring prowess.
