The Big Gun

Yesterday I got to spend some time with two former owners of one of my favorite Big Gun babies, Dusta Gun (Dusty). Jason Kvols showed her as a Youth and was APHA Reserve World Champion on her in Youth Reining when Dusty was just 4 years old. Now Jason has a family of his own and I can honestly say we all look forward to their future. And then there is Darrell Dye who has owned Dusty the longest and still has her and now shows her in Cowboy Mounted Shooting! He says they are currently leading the state and region! Guess what? Dusty is 18 years old and she still runs like the wind! Darrell says Dusty changed his life. That, my friends, is what this is all about. He says there will never be another Dusty and I believe him.
