I never stopped to take before and after photos or ask for reviews over the many years we have been doing roofs. I know I should have been, but I was just working, trying to make sure we did jobs the right way! I never really thought of how to grow a business, that is not what has been most important to us over the years. Taking care of people and their homes has always been our #1 Priority!! This job was special! This wonderful customer had an amazing story of her son who died way to young. She was especially concerned about her plants and bushes that had sentimental value to her. In addition to that, this job posed some logistical challenges, there was not much room for the materials to be placed before hand and not much room to work. After removing 3 layers of shingles and fully re-decking the house before installing the new roof, the neighbor commented on how clean the yard was, no damage to any shrubbery, and it looked like we had not even been there. All done in one day! The customer complimented us on how professional we were and how well we communicated with her through the process. Jobs like this make us feel proud to do what we do, how well we do it, and who we do it for! Thanks so much!
