Congratulations to Corey White from the Shiawassee RESD Career Center on an incredible achievement at the SkillsUSA National Leadership & Skills Conference in Atlanta, Georgia!

After earning first place at both the regional and state levels, Corey represented Michigan on the national stage and finished 10th in the nation. Competing against some of the best students from across the country is no small accomplishment, and placing in the top 10 is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and skill.

We are proud to celebrate Corey and all he has accomplished. Congratulations on not only representing yourself but also representing your program, school, and state with excellence!💪🔥👷

This year our students gained hands-on experience, learned valuable industry skills, explored career opportunities, and continued building the foundation for successful futures in the trades.
