Good evening, everyone. We are pleased to present our menu for tomorrow's dinner, which promises to be a delightful experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the numerous inquiries we've received, and I apologize for the delay in posting the menu sooner. Here is the menu for Saturday: #1 Brazilian Smoked BBQ Pineapple Chicken with homemade pineapple caramelized chunks in the BBQ sauce, served with homemade coconut rice. #2 BBQ Tender Rib Tips with homemade BBQ sauce and homemade Southern 5 cheese creamy mac and cheese. #3 Smoked Brisket served with homemade garlic buttery mashed potatoes and Southern white gravy and fried Southern corn. Breads: X-Large Honey Cornbread Muffins, Butter Swim Biscuits. Desserts: Orange Creamsicle Cake, Homemade Southern Banana Pudding, Chocolate Pudding Lava Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake Bars, Chocolate Chip Cookies.

JUST WANTED TO REACH OUT AND LET YOU KNOW THAT IM STILL STRATTLING ON SETTING UP FOR THE 4TH OF JULY.. WE BEEN RECEIVING A LOT OF REQUESTS, ITS THIS HEAT WAVE THAT CONCERNS ME . I JUST WANT TO BE VERY CAREFUL EXPOSING THE FOOD IN HEAT LIKE THAT !
NOW ITS SUPPOSE TO BE COOLING DOWN SOMEWHAT, SO I WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
