An overflowing cardio drum class today at is forcing the instructor to drum with long handled shoe horns and plan for a trip to soon for more drums!

Absolutely wonderful to see these older adults having a blast moving their bodies! 🥁 💃🏻 🕺🏻 👴🏻 👵🏻 🎶
