From The Ground Up

FINAL DAY AT NCC! The last day was a blur of action and exhaustion. Resting Bench Face made the cut for top 10 and we are ecstatic about that. We had such talented and strong competitors so we feel accomplished to keep up with them. Team Captain, , did such an amazing job handling the logistics on top of throwing down hard. (I require babysitting 😬) Big love and a grateful shout out to Dave, my husband and head coach, for guiding us all to this point! Our whole RubiconFit crew stepped out of their comfort zones and represented! We are very proud! Praise God for able bodies and a request for prayers to overcome the current soreness 🫠
