Amazing Sunday in the books. Lots of my own chores done then thanks to got to be apart of capturing a bee swarm. Bees are extremely fascinating and fun to work with. Then it was all wrapped up by cooking up my pheasant on the grill. This is not my recipe but this is how it was done and you could use this on just about any bird you wanted to.

Mix cream cheese and spicy jelly
Spread mixture on the breast and roll up
Wrap in bacon
Cook at 225⁰ until it reach 165⁰ 1-2 hours

Smoked an eye of round roast on the Sliced it thin with a side of sweet potatoes and green beans. Simple, delicous, and if it wasn't for the brown sugar piled on the potato it would be healthy. Happy first day of spring!
