Meet the Precious PEARLs Leadership Team 💙

Dr. Sherry D. Pough is a veteran educator with nearly 23 years in public education. She is currently an Assistant Principal in Volusia County. She is the Founder and CEO of Precious PEARLS Mentoring Program and has successfully implemented this initiative in multiple schools since 2014 and impacted the lives of hundreds of young ladies.

Destiny Washington is a dynamic leader with experience in the higher education and non-profit sectors. She currently works for a national non-profit where she leads a portfolio of work focused on racial economic equity. She enjoys serving her community and is passionate about supporting young ladies with reaching their fullest potential.
