Installed a couple of these country style lights for a client of mine and they turned out better than expected.
Had to use a light converter kit to install one of them and it worked well.

Grout cleaning for a new customer. This was a good 5 hours of cleaning the grout between all these tile pieces. Cleaned the bathroom, entry way, dining area, and the kitchen. Bought a rolling kneeboard from to make the job easier and I was quite surprised how well it worked. The cleaner I used from Black Diamond and I can’t recommend them more. Just a little spray and a little scrub made the grout look new again.

Been doing a few flooring projects lately. This flooring is called Rivers Edge Oak by Mohawk Home. You can find it on sale at Costco. These are planks that look and feel like wood but are premium laminate planks.
