If you don't care to understand why someone made an adjustment, why should they care to understand how it made you feel? A person choosing to remain silent instead of constantly criticizing to protect your feelings doesn't mean they're not feeling anything; it means they care enough to look beyond their feelings and protect you. Attacking someone with your feelings and calling it 'caring too much' can blur the line of 'not caring enough.' It's probably best to stop making statements, demanding understanding, and start asking questions to understand. Maybe this will help someone.
