Pork Shoulder…smoked low, slow and to perfection for 4 hours. Shredded and tossed with spicy Pueblo green chiles, golden caramelized onions, cotija and escabeche. PLUS a 4-pack of your favorite canned Post Beer to continue the party at home.

Last night’s Firkin & Fire event at The Post Mountain House was one for the books. Bison and huckleberry off the grill, caviar dogs, Pineneedle, and huckleberry hazy IPA straight from the firkin and a crowd that bought the real heat.

A massive thank you to the guests who made the night, you’re why we do this. And to our brewmaster who crafted the firkin, our chef and every single crew member who fired up the grill and kept the night running. We see you and we’re grateful!
