Simplicity done differently, I enjoy making new items and try different flavors although a Balsamic reduction done the right way can help elevate any dish.

Due to an increase in food cost around all the places I shop for ingredients, I will be increasing my pricing!
Chicken, Fish, Steak are not the same cost as they were a year ago. I am not a selfish person or a greedy individual.
