This summer has been a really good one because of all the time I’ve gotten to spend out in the water. This little photo shoot happened while my paddleboard was inflating and my brother was setting up his fishing gear. The water was as flat as a bed sheet that morning. It was perfect! Even though it’s been excessively hot and the mosquitoes can be exasperating, I love living here 😎

I is for flower. This one took me a while to finish but here it is! I’m planning on picking up the pace for the next ones so I can get through this flower alphabet this year lol What should I do for J?

Here are a couple of shots from our little outing to a few days ago. It was like being in a mini rainforest. I left with a ton of ideas for future drawing series!

G is for . This cutie is indigenous to the wetlands of the south eastern US. You can find them growing in still or slow moving water like in our Florida . She’s a perennial plant growing in stalks as high as 4 feet. Have you seen one?
