Live is a ride - enjoy the journey and give nothing for granted!

My experience is that life is like when you ride a motorcycle on a straight road next to the ocean on a sunny warm day. The landscape is beautiful and you feel the warm wind in your face. You have planned your route carefully and you know where you are heading.

Suddenly the weather changes and it starts to rain. The road becomes curvy and you drive into a turn that requires you to completely change your angle. You think you are going to crash, but in milliseconds you face your fear, collect yourself, lean into the curve and try not to lose control.

You manage to make the turn and lift the bike up again by accelerating until the next turn comes. You adapt your riding to the environment and road conditions continuously, you learn from your and other people’s mistakes, you anticipate dangerous situations and you trust your instinct and road feeling.

After many rides, storms, curves, sun, rain, falls, recoveries, stops to refresh and recharge, places unknown before, people, sceneries, sunsets, sunrises, laughs, cries and great moments with other riders, you reach your final destination, which is death.

You do not know when you will reach it, but you know it is inevitable. And even death does not mean anything, just that our material life as we know it, ends and our spirit is released from our body.

Important is that we always keep the fearless spirit of the rider.
