🌟 An update from the Wildflour kitchen ⬇️

After taking a little step back from custom cookies while opening a new business, Newtown Mercantile, I’m really happy to share that Wildflour Baking Co. is back to cookie production.

The last year has been a big one getting Newtown Mercantile up and running. While cookies never completely left, I did press pause on promoting custom orders so I could focus on building a brand new business. Now that things have settled into a rhythm, I’m excited to return to something that has brought me so much joy over the years.

And this beauty behind me?
My brand new dough sheeter, which means a very happy back at the end of the day. After years of rolling dough by hand, can attest to me shedding a few happy tears unboxing this baddy.

Going forward I’ll be focusing primarily on holiday pre-orders and seasonal cookies. I will still be taking a limited number of custom printed cookie orders when my calendar allows. Scaling things this way will help me keep doing what I love while keeping it sustainable.

To everyone who has supported my cookies over the years, ordered for birthdays and celebrations, shared my work, or simply cheered me on along the way, THANK YOU! Truly. Your support has meant more than you probably realize.

I’m so excited to be cookie-ing again. ✨

I am already looking forward to next Saturday having more treats for you! I’ll have a fresh (big) run of whipped shortbread cookies, the ones I had today were gone early!
