A failed rear gear change left him wondering what to do and if that would have even been enough. Our recommendation, swap the t-10 for a tremic tkx. A gear change alone would not drop the rpm like a .68 overdrive would. We had just finished one up with a similar gear and tire combo and we dropped from 3600 rpm to 2100rpm at 75. Next day i get a call from him, let's do it. So we rush to get all the parts together to do the swap and just days before they head out on 4500 mile cruise across the country, him and his buddies get to work.
