It’s Wednesday and we’re taking it back to last Saturday……when Team Thorstrength took our 60 year young client Theresa to her first ever bodybuilding competition. After attempting to compete 2 previous occasions and not getting there, the 3rd time was a charm. 1st place True Novice 🏆🏆
We’ve been working with Theresa for 11 months by controlling her nutrition and training program through our app and the results of following her program are nothing short of amazing!!

Yesterday was a Great Day for . We opened our doors and a wealth of people came out to support and show us love, and for that we Thank you all!💯
