The drywall crew showed up and started hiding all the ugly (but very important) stuff… and we’re not complaining! 😂

Ceilings are going in, the rooms are finally starting to look like actual rooms, and every day this house is looking less like a construction site and more like somebody’s dream home. 🏡🔥

We officially passed our rough in inspection, which means it’s full speed ahead! Next up: insulation and drywall. 🔨😍

Exciting day at the Spence build! 🤗 The countertops were installed today, and they look amazing paired with the cabinets and the new appliances that were installed late last week! 🤩 Everything is coming together, and we can’t wait to show you the finished product. Stay tuned for more updates! 🏡✨

This fireplace is everything!!!!! 😍🔥 It brings so much warmth and character to the space. Just picture yourself curled up in a blanket watching the snow fall outside in front of this beauty! ❄️🤍😩

We passed our exterior inspection today ✅, which means we’re ready to keep pushing forward! Siding will be starting next week, and the stone is already going on the front of the house. 🪨🔨

This one is going to be a beaut! 🙌🏼

We’re excited to be getting started on a brand-new home for a new client! Nothing beats turning a fresh set of plans into someone’s future home, and we’re looking forward to bringing this vision to life for the Taylors!
