I have been loving this toner from Ferver! I got it at Target about a month ago and have been using it regularly. The first two weeks I didn’t read the instructions and just let it dry, but after reading the bottle again, I realized I was supposed to rinse with cold water after 1-3 minutes 🙃, so I’ve started doing that now. I have sensitive skin and this hasn’t bothered me at all! It was affordable and convenient and I look forward to trying some of their other products!
