Pumpkin Pies
We were handed $5 at church 2 weeks ago. We were challenged to use that $5 in any way to glorify God. Whatever that looked like for us we were to multiply it for His kingdom. I prayed about this and I know what I am supposed to do. Since I love baking I am going to bake pumpkin pies for our community. This is how it works. You buy a pie for $8 for someone unknown in the community and if you want one for yourself you have to buy 1 for someone else first. You can buy 2 for $15. There are a few hospitals that allow food to be delivered for the staff and patients that may not have much family. There are several assisted living communities and many, many homeless people that won’t be able to enjoy a nice fresh baked pumpkin pie for the holidays. My family will be going to these places in our community and delivering these pies for the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas. The remaining money will be going to purchase food for our food pantry for those that need more than a pie for their daily living. I will watch this $5 multiply for Gods kingdom. If you would like to order a pie please let me know. I am taking orders until the week before Christmas. I need the money as soon as you can. I can email you my address so you can mail me a check or cash for family and friends out of town. If you are not in Katy, Texas you can still purchase. I can send you pictures of your pie and where it went. This is going to be a huge blessing to our community and to our food pantry. The more you buy the more get blessed. I can’t wait to share pictures of how many people we reach!
